In response to the e-petition on the website of the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to make the necessary amendments to the regulatory acts concerning duplication of information on the passport of citizen of Ukraine in English.
As is well known, today this information is duplicated in Russian, what has no practical necessity, nor legal grounds.
In case of approval of a new form of blank passport of citizen of Ukraine, duplication will be replaced from Russian language to English.
