State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine has opened online access to information on trademark applications on its official website. Actual information on the application can be searched in the part Interactive DB “Applications for trademarks for goods and services accepted for examination» http://base.uipv.org/searchBUL/search.php?dbname=apptmc.
This legislative innovation is consistent with the principles of transparency and openness and will allow to find information about applications, including those applications which can infringe the intellectual property rights of already registered owners.
