Solomiya is a specialist in the field of support for IT business at all stages: structuring and restructuring, tax planning and tax optimization; creation and examination of contracts (from NDA to SaaS); personal data protection (GDPR) and also protects intellectual rights; makes copyright registration; creation and proofreading of agreements (in particular, agreements on the creation of intellectual property, license agreements, etc.).
Solomiуa’s general experience in the legal field is about 10 years.
Solomiya graduated from law faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where she obtained her Master’s degree in law with in-depth study of English.
In 2016 she defended her dissertation on the topic: “Legal status of judicial self-government of Ukraine in the context of ensuring the professional rights of judges.” She is the author of more than 40 scientific and methodological works.
In 2016, she co-founded the scientific journal «Law & Sciences».
In 2018 Solomiya became an Attorney.
Since 2019 he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
She was awarded the gratitude of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
She was awarded the anniversary medal of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
