The bill number 2523a has been registered in Ukrainian Parliament. This bill provides changes regarding to working time of pregnant women and women who have children under three years. Deputy Serhiy Mishchenko offered to reduce working hours for these women. Working time for them must be not more than 36 hours per week maintaining them average salary.
This legislative initiative based on the fact that it will contribute to providing the necessary social protection of pregnant women and women who have children under three years. Existing negative working conditions (physical fatigue, emotional stress) significantly influenсe on the disease incidence of newborns.
