Disabled attorneys (I and II groups of disabled), attorneys which participated in Afghan war and attorneys who have been mobilized for military service or those who in connection with the anti-terrorist operation were forced to leave their place of residence are exempted from annual contributions to Attorneys’ Council.

Attorneys have the right to be exempted from such fees in the case of attorneys’ statements and providing supporting documents.
