Parliament adopted the draft law number 3153 “On peculiarities of State Supervision (Control) of economic activity.”
Its provisions are intended to extend the moratorium on carrying out planned measures of the state supervision until June 30, 2016.
This moratorium will not apply to scheduled measures of State Veterinary and Phyto Inspection regarding the verification of safety and quality of food.
We remind that abovementioned moratorium also does not subject to tax and other fiscal audits because their conduct is not included to the measures of state supervision (control) of economic activity, and is governed exclusively by the tax legislation.
