Notaries will be obliged to check up the fact of sanctions application to the clients at the feasance of notarial action.

In obedience to the renewed release of “Order of feasance of notarial actions by notaries” notaries during the feasance of notarial action are under an obligation to check up the presence of fact sanctions application  to the client, that is envisaged  law of Ukraine “About sanctions “.

Under the  law notary’s audit can be used only on the basis of decision of  National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and put into the force by President decree.
