Order of commissioning “unwarranted” constructions entered into force and was approved by the Ministry of Regional Development with the Act #79 from April 24, 2015.
In accordance with the Act, technical inspection involves several stages:
– Preliminary Examining objects, including inspection, taking the photo of the object and its elements, determine the complexity of the object design and other technical documentation
– Detailed overview of the facility, including determination of parameters and characteristics of materials, products and structures, with the assistance of experts and certified laboratories
Commissioning facilities is free of charge within 10 days from the applying by the owners (users) of land on which the building are based on, issuing the Act commissioning of the unwarranted building.
