Government Court Administration has defined the terms in which the heads of the local and appeal courts of general jurisdiction have to send data on the effective execution of the judgment in the Unified State Register of judgments.
First term expires on 1 September. Thus, according to the order of the July 17, 2015 № 107, filling that the Register are come into force in the following terms:
¬ to September 1, 2015 it is planned to send YEDRSR information on judicial decisions coming into force starting from 1 January 2010, for Administrative corruption offenses related to corruption (Chapter 13A Administrative Code) and corruption, which contain elements of the crimes referred to in the note to Article 45 of the Criminal Code, as well as bringing people to responsibility for corruption;
¬ to September 28, 2015 ¬ YEDRSR to send information on the entry into force of court decisions in other court cases, from 1 January 2010. Personally responsible for it are the heads of staff of local and appellate courts of general jurisdiction. Recall Act provided a fair trial SJA six months on entry into the Unified State Register of judgments of court decisions that have not been entered in the Register, starting from January 1, 2010 Council of Judges of Ukraine wants to postpone.
