On May, 10 Ukrainian Parliament approved the bill, which proposes changes to the legislative provisions concerning the compulsory registration of foreign investments.
It is proposed to delete Article 395 of the current edition of the Business Code of Ukraine, which stipulates that foreign investments must be obligatory registrated and the absence of such registration does not entitle to privileges and benefits for foreign investors.
