Ruling of Ukrainian Government amending current Order of the issuance, extension and revocation of a work permit for the foreign employers in Ukraine became valid on 03.02.2017. Pursuant to it foreigners can take multiple jobs concurrently, and this facilitates work of companies with foreign investment. As previously, work permit should be extended not sooner than 40 days and not later than 20 days before its expiration. In addition, employers should conclude Labour Agreement with foreign employees within 90 calendar days since work permit becomes valid and submit its copy to the Employment Center within 10 days after Labour Agreement conclusion.
