Today, problems with confirmation of final beneficiaries would disappear, because yesterday Parliament passed a law that extends the filing confirmation from May 25 for another 4 months.
Besides the law simplifies the procedure, because now is not required to submit proof companies founded by physical persons only, because information about them is already available in the registry. To this list are added religious organizations.
However, the President has to sign a law to make it valid until May 25 that there was no formal grounds for fining. By logic, even if law is signed but not in time, it is unlikely that penalties will apply.
