The contest will run from October 1, 2022
Acceptance of works: until November 17, 2022.
Determination of the winner and announcement of the results: until December 1, 2022.
Prize for the winner: UAH 2,000.
Two incentive prizes of UAH 1,000 each.
The purpose of the competition: to involve students in the study and understanding of legal mechanisms.
TERMS OF THE COMPETITION
To participate in the competition, students must send research on one of the topics listed below or a free topic related to a current issue, and the work offers its solution, by November 14 (inclusive).
Works that have not been published before are allowed to participate in the competition. The work should contain relevant data, ideas and conclusions on the essence of the issue.
The work must be written in Ukrainian. The volume is arbitrary.
Possible topics for the competition:
- The current state and possible improvements of the constitutional legislation of Ukraine.
- Problems of migration legislation of Ukraine.
- Taxes in Ukraine. What should be the economy after the war.
- IT law in Ukraine. Possible ways of improvement.
- Intellectual property and copyright of Ukraine.
- Land privatization. Existing problems and solutions.
- Ukrainian jurisdiction for business. How to become an attractive country for foreign capital.
- Free topic about Ukraine of the future.
Other topics are also allowed if the research is related to the issues of Ukrainian legislation and offers solutions to current legal problems.
The results of the competition will be announced on the website of JSC https://legalaid.ua/ , as well as by directly informing Permozh residents.
The contest organizers reserve the right to publish works in the media.
