05.01.2016 came into force the law №1067-19, which (in opinion of creators of this law) started the process of implementing the European model of agriculture and create conditions to start own agribusiness. The law provides that a farm can be registered in accordance with the law only if the person, who wishes to establish a farm acquired ownership or the right to use of land. The law stipulates that family farm, which is not a legal entity may organize by individual entrepreneur or in cooperation with members of his family under the contract.
