Lawyer Taras Bachynskyy, managing partner of LSC Legalaid, PhD at NU “Lviv Polytechnic” Department of Civil Law and Procedure judged for the second time in the organization and helps simulate the trial at the Institute of Law and Psychology.
“- This form of gaming competition helps students to experience the true spirit of the law, students may feel themself as representative, defendant orwitnesses – reported us managing partner of law firm. – During the court debate can be used eyewitness testimony and present evidence to the jury in writing. Of course, we can not “drive” the whole trial, but try to give students a greater resemblance to a true simulation of the trial. “

First place won team “Trust”: Vera Kushnir, Anastasia Tkachuk. And they were delegated to compete in the XIV National Moot Court Competition on Civil Law and Procedure named Stanislav Dnistrianskyi.
However, Helen Orach that last year also took part in this competition, was the coach of team “Trust”. The high training students Polytechnic and the quality of teaching and good Coaching is the fact that at the XIV National Moot Court Competition on Civil Law and Procedure named Stanislav Dnistrianskyi team “Trust” took second place among the eighteen teams from all over Ukraine (in this case, each university could not put more than one team, so that was attended by the best of the best).
