…Recently we have been submitting “registration forms No…” to the State Registrar, in November’15 they turned into “Applications”, and in 10 days since today they will be changed again. Now the reforms deal with registration of legal entities’ separated units.
In particular, Ministry of Justice approved new blanks for:
a) Application form for the cessation of legal entities’ separated units (it is a kind of innovation, as recently there haven’t been any;
b) Application form for state registration of changes connected with legal entities’ separated units.
These two are new application forms. Previous ones were changed a bit.
