From July, 11 until October, 10 2021 all legal entities obliged to file their property structure.
What is it for ?
To provide better financial screening.
What means property structure ?
Property structure it is a scheme picture which reflects everyone who directly or indirectly possesses a legal entity or has a significant impact.

Why you need to file it during three months ?
During this period public authority won`t prosecute legal entities which don’t file property structure. Also you free from administrative fee.
What happens if you miss filing of property structure ?
It is considered to be administrative offence. As a consequence, you must pay a fine (17 000 – 51 000 hryvnia).
Nevertheless, you must register property structure.
Where it should be filed ?
To local state registrar.
